Questt serves as a bridge between entrepreneurs, talents, and potential investors by providing a platform where users can showcase their ideas, skills, and performances through video content. Questt does not offer direct financial assistance, guarantees of funding, or investment success. The platform simply facilitates exposure and engagement.
3. User Responsibilities
By using Questt, users agree to:
• Ensure that all uploaded content is original or has the necessary rights for publication.
• Avoid infringing on intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, or trademarks.
• Accept full responsibility for the accuracy and legality of their content.
• Understand that Questt is not liable for content-related disputes, including plagiarism, defamation, or unauthorized use of material.

4. Investment and Financing Terms
• Entrepreneurs and talents who are selected for financing or adoption will receive a contract that clearly defines Questt’s role. Questt may either:
• Charge a commission on the total investment or adoption amount.
• Acquire an ownership stake and a seat on the board of the resulting entity.
• Questt does not act as a financial intermediary and does not provide guarantees regarding investment success. The final decision is at the discretion of the investor.
• Questt is not obligated to provide compensation, explanations, or refunds in cases where investments do not materialize.
5. Intellectual Property and Liability Disclaimer
• By uploading content to Questt, users grant Questt a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display, distribute, and promote their content within the platform.
• Users acknowledge that Questt is not liable for any claims related to intellectual property disputes. Once a video is published, the user fully releases Questt from any legal or financial responsibility that may arise from its content.
• Questt does not bear moral or ethical responsibility for the opinions, messages, or implications contained in user-generated content.
6. No Right to Sue Questt
By using Questt, users expressly waive their right to:
• File lawsuits, legal claims, or compensation requests against Questt for investment failures, content-related disputes, or platform issues.
• Demand refunds or financial reimbursements related to lost opportunities, failed investments, or negative user experiences.
• Hold Questt responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
7. Service Modifications and Amendments
